Owner Simone grew up in a small medieval town in Italy, where he learned the art of pizza-making at just seven years old. Many of our team members hail from the same hometown, carrying with them the flavours, traditions, and passion they were raised with. Together, they’ve brought a true taste of Italy to Ireland — and you can savour that authenticity in every bite.
